5% of the monthly rent

• Rent collection
• Tenant communication
• Maintenance coordination
• Ongoing day-to-day management
Best suited for landlords who already have a tenant in place.

Sales
1.5% of the agreed sale price
Includes marketing, viewings, negotiation, and progression through to completion

Airbnb & Short-Let
We provide sourcing and operational support for Airbnb and short-let operators.
Fees vary depending on the service required and are confirmed before any instruction.

Compliance
We operate in line with UK lettings legislation and best practice, including:
• Membership of a government-approved property redress scheme
• Compliance with Client Money Protection (CMP) requirements where applicable
• Data handled in accordance with UK GDPR / ICO regulations
